My Story

I grew up in a gym studio — literally. Raised in Budapest by a father who was head coach of the Austrian Olympic Gymnastics team and one of Hungary's first Tai Chi specialists, and a mother who lived in a world of spirituality and curiosity for the esoteric, a holistic life was never a choice. It was simply home.

Decades of competing, traveling, studying, and living across the world have shaped everything I share here. There's more — but that's for another time.

My background spans a kinesiology degree and a lifelong pull toward learning through experience — training across disciplines, studying in different corners of the world, and constantly seeking out whatever deepens my understanding of how the body, mind, and energy actually work together.

This is a space for all of it — movement, nutrition, biohacking, breathwork, meditation, longevity, and the deeper work of coming back to yourself. Raw, real, and from the heart.
